LeRoy: Susan Genevieve Harris Sullivan died unexpectedly at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Wellesley, MA on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 surrounded by her immediate family. She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Michael, sons Matthew, Mark (Katie Ball), and Peter, granddaughter Whitney Elsie, parents William and Anita Harris of LeRoy, sister Sally (Al) Lindsley, brother William (Elizabeth Graney) Harris, sister Ellen Harris, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins whom she adored.

Her teaching career of many years started in Harlem, NY working with disadvantaged students and concluded with more than fifteen years at the Hunnewell Elementary School in Wellesley teaching children with special education needs. She will be remembered as a gem of an educator, mother and wife.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service to be held on Saturday, December 12^th, at 11 AM at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, LeRoy. There will be no prior calling hours.
