Planning
a funeral arrangement is much like planning any other
important and significant event in our lives. There
are specific needs and emotional considerations that
are in order for each individual family. Like many things
in life, no two arrangements are exactly alike.
It is our
aim to provide each family we have the privilege of
serving, complete choice with regard to type of service
and disposition. Creating the best personal service
for you and your family will require thought, dialogue,
decision and action.
However,
creating meaningful funeral arrangements should not
be a financial burden for you or your family. The reason
we participate in preplanning/pre-funded funeral agreements
is so when the time of need arises, there will be no
hardship for those who should be concerned only with
the immediate events of the moment.
We invite
you to seriously consider the many choices and options
involved and make plans for the future -- today.
Medicaid
Trusts - Irrevocable Burial Trust
When you
or a loved one is applying for Medicaid a requirement
may be to fund a pre-need Irrevocable Burial Trust.
This account can only be used for the future funeral
expense of the person applying for Medicaid benefits.
However, this trust can be transferred to any funeral
home. The accrued interest generated from this account
will offset any funeral related increases.
