Obituary for
Cherie Fleenor (Ridgeway)
Cherie Fleenor, formerly Scudder of Bethany, New York, died very unexpectedly April 2nd in Irpeen, Ukraine while on an outreach dental mission with her husband David.
She was born August 19, 1935 in New Jersey, the daughter of the late Hartley Ridgeway and Marjorie Gaskill Mathis. She is survived by her husband David also of Bethany, four children, Bryan (Janice) Wright of Rohnert Park, CA, Bethany (Jim) Merrill of El Dorado Hills, CA, Glenn Wright Jr., and James (Angi) E. Scudder of Stillwater, NY. Four grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. An uncle, Wade (Doris) Ridgeway of Mickleton, NJ and an aunt Ruth V. Gaskill of Pittman, NJ. Plus several cousins. She loved giving of her time on mission trips including previous trips to Ukraine and Bolivia.
Friends may call Monday April 14, 2014 from 6 - 8 pm at the Cameron, Brady and Steuber Funeral Home in Le Roy. Her Funeral Service will be April 26 at 1 pm in the Wyoming Baptist Church, 28 Main Street, Wyoming.
