You know what my dad is doing right now?

You know what my dad is doing right now?

Right now he is leaning up against an open tail gate somewhere in the woods. His truck weighed down with a load of wood, the smell of chain saw oil on his jeans and wood chips in his hair. He is tipping back the last “pop” of the day, as he turns to his best friend and says; Buh, been a good day huh Quack? Do it again tomorrow?
His best friend, Kenny then says sure Jimmy, but first we need to get you HOME…Barb is waiting, remember you promised her the FIRST dance. We best stop and get her some flowers first. We are running late and we don't want your wife mad!

So you know what my dad is doing right now?
Right now…my dad is dancing with my mom. Tomorrow, he will be cutting wood, baling hay, fishing, tracking a deer, working in the garden, tipping his elbow, sharing a ‘pop’ with my uncle quack…
