Survived by his loving parents, Barden (Jodi) Penoyer, Deborah Penoyer (Michael Connelie); his sister, Abigail Penoyer; his grandparents, Jerrie (Frank) Romano, David (Rita) Penoyer, Ann (Peter) Connelie; aunt, Laura Niell; uncle, Robb Penoyer; several cousins. Noah was predeceased by his grandfather, Gerald Reed; aunt, Amy Ferreri.Family & friends are invited to call from Tuesday, 6-8 PM at the J.H. Cameron Funeral Home, 26 Rochester St., Scottsville, where his Memorial Service will be held following calling hours at 8 PM
