March 17, 2021. Predeceased by her husband, John “Jack” Allen. She is survived by her daughter, Lynne (Bob Nothnagle) Allen, son Jay (Vicki) Allen, granddaughter, Janelle Campbell, great-granddaughter, Kaelan, sister, Esther Loveless-Long, many nieces and nephews.
Charlotte owned and operated Christmas and Beyond in Scottsville for many years.
