Obituary for Vicky I. Melito (Schillinger)

Vicky I. Melito (Schillinger) was born June 18th 1963 to devoted parents Robert and Beverly Schillinger in Rochester NY. Predeceased by her beloved grandparents Oscar and Verna Schillinger, her treasured sister Melinda Eisinger and nephew John Berish. Survived by loving children Anthony Melito and Michael Melito, Step Mom Veronica Schillinger, sisters Sherry Krenzer (Frank Kuhn), and Terry Miller, brother Wayne Schillinger, step siblings Amy Fanaro, Laurie Griswold-Krupski and Gary Krupski; nieces Nichole (Lee) Bishop, Alaina (Chris) Skinner, Samantha Berger, Deanna Krenzer, and Lauren Krenzer.

Vicky graduated from Wheatland-Chili High School in 1981 where she played soccer and softball. She went on to ARC where she worked with the disabled, helping people was her passion. Vicky was always there to lend an ear and was the most kind and understanding person you could have ever hoped to have met. If you ever had the pleasure of sharing a meal with her you know what an amazing cook she was. Cooking was something she did with her heart; family and friends will always remember her for her chicken noodle soup, salads and sauce. She had an unwavering love for animals, specifically her "grand-furbaby' Bentley and Sir Jack.

Friends may call Friday August 6th, 2021, from 4-7 with her Funeral Service to Follow at 7 PM at J.H. Cameron Funeral Home, 26 Rochester St. Scottsville.Private Interment.
